With the two little boys enjoying time at home with Stacy and Jeff, we hit the road.
Our first stop was at UCLA Medical Center to see Julie. She is going to disagree, but she looked SO GOOD!
Mike and the kids waved 7 stories up at Julie looking out the window. It was PRECIOUS. We have ALL missed her so much.
From LA we headed down to Point Loma to visit Kailey. The kids loved getting a tour of her dorm room.
Kailey was telling us that she doesn't make coffee in the morning because she leaves so early in the morning and she doesn't want to wake up her roommate. Buddy came up with a solution. He thought Kailey's roommate should just put her bed in the bathroom. :)
Kailey took us to Corvette's for dinner. A fun and lively 50's diner. The waitress put the girls hair up with straws.
On Sunday we took the kids to LEGOLAND. It is my MOST FAVORITE theme park. Buddy was amazed at all of the Lego creations. It was also his first time riding a roller coaster. By the end of the day he rode every ride with his hands in the air.

This guy was sitting on a bench all alone. The kids thought he was a 'funny Papa'.

Mike and the kids hung out at the hotel on Sunday night so that I could have a little time with Kailey. We braved the cold weather and went downtown to the Gaslamp District. I miss her. I'm counting down the days until Christmas Break!
WONDERFUL TRIP!
