Does the post title look familiar to you???? It should! Yes, we have hit another 'bump in the road'. We resubmitted a new obligation paper on Wednesday which was once again denied. This time it turns out that they weren't happy that our notary had crossed out 2007 and printed 2008 on our form. Talk about being nit-picky! Everything has been redone and the friendly guy at Fed Ex sent our papers to Ukraine once again. Hopefully for the last time.

That IS a costly bump. Youch! Hopefully now everything will be acceptable. I am so tickled that this cutie pie is so close to getting a family.
